Shipping Policy:
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. (offer applies only to orders shipped within the US). Additional $1.95 handling charge will be applied.
Tax Policy:
Local sales tax will be charged in Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania. (In PA , add 6% sales tax on accessories, roomwares, and shipping & handling). Some states tax shipping charges in addition to purchases. Those states are Arkansas, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma.
Payment Policy:
Alloy accepts the following: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, checks, money orders.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 45 days from the ship date. We will make any changes you like, including an exchange, credit to your account, or a refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, but there is no additional charge on replacement shipments.
