Shipping Policy:
So that the freshest flowers can arrive at your doorstep, we deliver all of our gifts via FedEX or UPS. For next day deliveries, orders must be placed by 2 PM EST. Our delivery charge is $14.95. Some orders may require an additional $10 Super Rush charge for extra fast, next day delivery or for any Saturday delivery date. If you are sending more than one item to the same address, an additional $9.95 charge per item will be applied. Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available for bouquets and plants, as they are perishable products. Click here for more info.
Tax Policy:
In compliance with state and federal tax laws, sales tax will be charged on all orders for delivery in the following states: Florida and Vermont.
Return Policy:
If your order has not already been delivered by Federal Express, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will certainly cancel it at your request. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-800-7788. Customer Service hours are 7am to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 5:30 pm on Sunday, EST. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
