Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. All orders will be shipped after processing of the order (usually within 1-2 business days).

Candle Bay accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards via our secure online ordering system. You can pay by money order also.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
