If after smoking it you are not fully satisfied with the product or with our service…for any reason…then just contact them and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Simply place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to them. A full credit, minus the shipping charges, will be issued upon them receiving the cigars.
