Return Policy:
Disneydirect is happy to unconditionally guarantee all our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping charges. Please note that all art, collectible purchases and Mini Bean Bag plush must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase and have the original packing slip (exchange receipt cannot be accepted). Lost, stolen or damaged Disneydirect Gift Cards will not be cancelled and replaced without the required proof of purchase.
