Shipping Policy:
The first film will be shipped during the month you specify in the ordering process. First films for subscriptions starting in the month of order will be shipped 7-10 business days from the time you place your order. If you buy an individual DVD and not a subscription, you should receive your first film within 7-10 days of placing your order if you select the Standard shipping option. Two day and Overnight Delivery are also available. Film Movement offers a variety of shipping options. Standard shipping is included in the subscription price. The first subscription film and previous film purchases may be shipped via Two Day or Overnight delivery. For an additional cost. Two Day and Overnight Delivery. Two Day and Overnight shipments will be made same day, provided the order is received by 2:00pm (EST).
Tax Policy:
Sales tax must be charged to orders that have a New York State shipping destination. The sales tax rate applied to theses orders is 8.625%. Tax is applied to entire cost of the order including shipping and handling.
Payment Policy:
Film Movement accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept check and money order payments for Annual, 3 Month Gift, and Annual Gift subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions must be paid by credit card.
Return Policy:
Film Movement accepts returns of defective films only. If you receive a defective film you have 30 days to return it to us. If you receive a defective DVD, you can return it to be replaced with the same title only; we cannot exchange a defective DVD for a different DVD title. If you wish to exchange the film, please enclose a note stating the nature of the defect. They do not pay for postage on returns. Include the original packing slip which was received with the film and a brief note about the nature of the defect.
