Shipping Policy:
The standard method of shipping to our U.S. customers is UPS Ground. These shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, and usually take 3-6 business days under normal circumstances. Shipping covers the cost of the delivery, the shipping package and labor to get it on its way. For all domestic Standups orders, please select the
'STANDUP shipping method' of our shopping cart. (4 to 9 business days, within one day of your order) Ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL. They can not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tax Policy:
Sales tax is charged only for residents of California, everyone else gets a break they won't receive at their local retailer.

Return Policy:
They have a 30 day return policy, subject to the following conditions: Sealed merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit, and defective product will be replaced with the same product purchased.
In order for you to return a merchandise you must send an email to webmaster@hollywoodmegastore.com. Please write 'RMA request' in the subject email. Please indicate the reason for your request. Upon the receipt of your request a customer service representative will contact you. Once an RMA authorization was issued, shipping instructions will be sent to you.
