They ship most orders FedEx 2-Day Air.
Payment Policy:
They accept personal checks, money orders, bank certified checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Internet orders must be paid with a credit card.
Return Policy:
Software: Within 30 days of purchase software may be returned for a refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition.
Hardware: Within 14-days of purchase hardware may be returned for any reason. Hardware must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All return items, must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA number. Journey will not accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee of 15% or $45 (whichever is less) will be assessed for any returned item.
