Shipping Policy:
UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select Orders
We must receive these orders by noon for same day shipping. Orders we receive after 12 noon (Eastern Time) will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday for Overnight delivery will not arrive until the following business day, which is usually Monday. Saturday delivery by UPS is available to some areas. Call for info.
Canada- Delivery is now available through UPS Ground Canada. Transit times are usually 2-7 business days. Buyer is responsible for any customs brokerage fees and duty charges. You can order right online and select UPS Canada Gound as your shipping option. We may ship your order via US Mail at our option.
International shipping is available, email us with exactly what you would like to order and how fast you need it. We will then email you with shipping options.

Payment Policy:
You may order online with a credit card through our secured server. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche accepted. Phone orders also accepted but only during the times listed above.
Most orders shipped via UPS, street address required. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours if paid by credit card. All orders must be prepaid with either check, money order or credit card. No COD's.
All international orders must be prepaid in advance in US Dollars, no foreign credit cards accepted.

Return Policy:
All merchandise is guaranteed free of manufacturers defects. All warranties are handled by the respective manufacturers. Warranty issues are not handled through KegWorks.com.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
For opened merchandise, including but not limited to those with broken seals and opened packaging, there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee assessed. Please order carefully! Try to be certain the item you order is what you want. The product itself must be in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging. If you receive a defective item or the item fails within the warranty period, contact the manufacturer for technical support and product exchanges. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF SHIP DATE AND MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
If the manufacturer's factory seal is intact, you may return an unopened product for exchange or refund within 21 days of ship date (if permitted by manufacturer's return policy.) Returned items must be unopened, unused and in ORIGINAL condition. CUSTOMER MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, please allow 7-business days to process your return. Returns will be refunded with a check. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your return for a refund by check.
RETURN PROCEDURE
-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send us an Email
. For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.
-NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue and we must receive returns within 21 days of the original ship date.
-Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
-Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
**The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
