Free overnight shipping for orders totalling $5,000 or more.
Free second day shipping for orders totalling $500 - $4,999

Payment Policy:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club or American Express. They also accepts bank certified checks, wire transfers, and money orders. They must be payable in US dollars, and checks must also be drawn on a US bank. Click here for more info.
Return Policy:
The item needs to be returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from Mondera. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. The original Mondera security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. We cannot accept it otherwise. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged.
If the item is a gift, it is important that the authorization number be written on the Mondera address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive a Mondera gift certificate instead of a refund.
Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Mondera.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be refunded only if Mondera has not fulfilled its obligations as a world-class provider of fine diamonds and contemporary jewelry.
