Shipping Policy:
1. UPS Standard Ground Shipping: Smaller items and televisions up to 25" screen sizes will be shipped via UPS standard ground shipping and will be delivered to your front door. Generally, the items should be delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Monday through Friday delivery. No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Signature upon delivery is required for items valued $ 200 or greater. Delivery anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. 2. Oversized Item Delivery: Color televisions with screen sizes of 27" - 36" will be delivered via common carrier and the delivery agent will deliver it to your front door. Generally, the items should be delivered within 3 - 10 business days.
Monday through Friday delivery. No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Signature upon delivery is required. Delivery anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. 3. In-home Delivery: Projection televisions, Flat TV's with screen sizes 32" and up will be delivered via special delivery carrier.
It is the customers responsibility to communicate to the delivery agent any unusual small doors, more than one flight of stairs, etc. that may pose a challenge in delivery process. The delivery agent will place the item in your room of choice and unpack it. The cartoning will also be removed unless you choose to keep it. Remember that if you decide to return the product within the return period the product must be packed in it's original carton. Generally, the items should be delivered within 3 - 10 business days.

Tax Policy:
Philips is required by law to charge state and county sales tax on all products at rates set within all states and counties.

Return Policy:
Philips will accept the return of most items other than renewed products purchased from Philips if you do so within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase from Philips. Please note that Invalid Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, as described below. This Policy does not reduce your rights under your purchased product's "Limited Warranty," therefore after 30 days from your receipt, the Philips Limited Warranty repair or exchange process takes precedence.
