Return Policy:
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by notifying Customer Care. If you cancel your Subscription prior to the expiration of a prepaid Subscription (that is not a lifetime Subscription), you will receive a refund of any unused Subscription fees based on the number of days remaining in your Subscription. Lifetime Subscriptions are nonrefundable. If your Subscription was included in the financing of your purchase or lease of a vehicle, any refund will be payable to your finance company unless the finance company has notified us that your loan has been paid in full. In addition, if you cancel your Subscription prior to the expiration of a prepaid subscription or committed subscription period, you may be charged a cancellation fee as described in Section 5.
