Shipping Policy:
Sears.com uses three shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service, UPS package delivery and Home Delivery/Special Handling. Not all methods are available for all items.
U.S. Postal Service is used to ship gift cards and all orders to APO/FPO addresses.
UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping (see shipping rates table below).
Home Delivery/Special Handling is used for items that are oversized, weigh over 150 pounds, are too fragile to ship by air or require in-home setup. These items require a scheduled appointment for delivery. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery team and sign for the product(s). After your order is processed, you will be notified of your delivery date and time. If the delivery date and time is not convenient for you, we will arrange another date and/or time.
