Return Policy:
 If your order arrived damaged, is defective or they sent the wrong thing (it doesn't happen often but the SitStay Dogs can be a distraction) contact them within 30 days and they'll make it right! No need to read any further. Since there are no returns or exchanges after 30 days of delivery, please examine all products upon receipt. They do not refund outgoing shipping. You will need to pay for return shipping also.
