Shipping Policy:
Stacks and Stacks will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although it can take up to 3 business days (do not count weekends) to process, especially during busy holiday and back to school periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. 1. Standard shipping: please allow 7 - 10 business days for shipping time, not counting weekends. 2. Expedited Delivery: For orders placed by 12 Noon Pacific Coast Time, Monday - Friday. Only items stocked in our California warehouse will arrive in 3 - 4 business days. Any items designated as shipping from the manufacturer cannot use expedited shipping. 3. Express Delivery: 2 Day Delivery.
Tax Policy:
Stacks and Stacks collects California sales tax only. The tax rate is based on the ship to address.
Return Policy:
If you would like to return an item or order. Please include your name, order number and the SKU numbers of any products that you would like to return and their returns department will follow up with detailed instructions. StacksandStacks Homewares will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home.
