Shipping Policy:
Shipments within the 48 states are via U.S. Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or UPS ground from Natick, Massachusetts 01760. Priority Mail usually takes 1 day to get to Massachusetts and 3 days to the West Coast. UPS takes 1 day to get to Massachusetts, and up to 5 days to get to the West Coast. Return Policy:
You may return or exchange any product within two weeks of receipt, without a return authorization.
The returned merchandise must be in original condition (including the box, tag and warranty). Otherwise we cannot accept the return.
We will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee to defray our costs. (For exchanges, 15% of the difference in price if lower.)
