Shipping Policy:
Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground. You should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the day we successfully process your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. or A.P.O. Boxes. For UPS 2-3 Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $6.00. For UPS Next Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $15.00.
Payment Policy:
Underground Station accepts all major credit cards. We DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or gift cards other than Underground Station gift cards, including visa/mastercard and mall gift cards.
Return Policy:
We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you.
