Shipping Policy:
Woolrich offers three shipping options for delivery within the United States: Standard, Two Business Day Express and Next Business Day Express. Orders received by 2:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, are generally shipped that same day. Orders received after 2:00pm EST, will be shipped the following business day.
Return Policy:
If you decide to return part of your order for a refund, please follow the return instructions on the back of your original packing slip. For your convenience, we have included a preprinted return label for your use on the packing slip. Repackage the merchandise carefully with your return slip and return it to us via UPS or the USPS. Please insure the package as we cannot be responsible for lost, uninsured packages.
